Yesterday, we saw a post on Facebook asking for video links on finishing and blending show lamb legs. On a whim and because we were washing lambs anyway, we made a 5 minute YouTube video showing our process. This morning, that video has over 200 views. It makes me wonder, what other videos would you like to see? What things do you need help with? What topics do you want our thoughts on in this blog? Let us know.
